Bowie, Trenton Rained Out Friday Night

Bowie's series opener with Trenton was rained out Friday night and the two teams will now play a doubleheader Saturday.

The doubleheader will be a pair of seven-inning games, which is the format in minor-league baseball.

The Baysox did get a break, though, as Richmond lost Friday. That gives Bowie a two-game lead over Richmond for the Western Division's final playoff spot. 

Bowie comes into the series having lost two of three in Richmond.
