California PCP Dealer, Three PG County Partners Sentenced for Crimes
Raymond Bullette III and three Prince George's County-based drug dealers were all arrested for shipping and distributing PCP across the U.S.

A California-based drug dealer has been sentenced to life in prison after it was found he had made numerous multi-gallon shipments of phencyclidine (PCP) to Prince George’s County, where the drugs were then sold throughout the county and surrounding areas.
Raymond Bullette III, 34, of Los Angeles, was sentenced to life in prison followed by 10 years of supervised release for conspiring to distribute large quantities of PCP, according to a release out of the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
The release stated that during Bullette’s four-day trial, it was found he had forged a business partnership with Maryland-based drug dealers Ricky Holloway, 31, Shawn Anthony, 35, and Don Campbell, 34. All three dealers traveled to Los Angeles to meet Bullette for the first time in 2010, arranging a $20,000 drug deal that involved two gallons of PCP being shipped across the country back to Maryland, where all three dealers returned to sell the drugs on the East coast.

From that point until August of 2013, Bullette and his Maryland partners arranged regular cross-country drug deals in which multiple gallons of PCP (often transported in paint cans, according to the release) were shipped in exchange for large sums of money.
On June 1, 2013, authorities in California came across the lab in which Bullette was manufacturing PCP. Bullette reportedly fled into the desert but left behind many of his belongings, including his car, phone and “sufficient precursor chemicals to manufacture up to another 70 gallons of PCP.”

Holloway, Anthony and Campbell all eventually pled guilty to their involvement in the drug conspiracy. Holloway was sentenced to 14 years in prison, while Anthony was sentenced to five, according to the release. Campbell will not undergo sentencing until June 30.
Bullette has a history of involvement in drug distribution, having already been convicted of five felony drug offenses in California since 1999. He was on supervised probation at the time of his arrest.
