PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — Two children from Prince George's County reported missing more than a week ago have been found safe in Florida. Their mother, who doesn't have custody of them, had taken Michael Hush and Kaylee Moore-Stone last Wednesday at 3 p.m. from the Berwyn Heights area. The children are legally required to be in the custody of their father and his family.

According to NBC Washington, the children were found with their mother Melissa Hush, 35, in a hotel room in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. Authorities took the children into their care while they wait for the father and grandmother to travel to Florida to pick them up. Hush faces several charges including abduction.
