City Announces 9 Winners in MLK Art Contest
Students will be recognized for their art at the Bowie City Council meeting on Feb. 21.

Nine students created the winning entries in the , sponsored by the city of Bowie's Diversity Committee. The students will be recognized at the Bowie City Council meeting at 8 p.m. on Feb. 21.
According to a release from the city, around 500Â contest entries were received from local students and finalists were selected in January to be honored at the city's .

In the coloring category for kindergartners through second-graders, winners include:
First place and prize of $100
