Clinton Man Killed In Hit-And-Run In Accokeek: Prince George's Police
A 24-year-old Clinton man died after being involved in a hit-and-run in Accokeek, according to Prince George's Police.
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — A 24-year-old Clinton man was killed in a hit-and-run Monday night in Accokeek.
On Sept. 11 around 11 p.m., Prince George's police officers were called to the 14700 block of Livingston Road. The preliminary investigation indicated that the driver of a vehicle was traveling northbound on Livingston Road, when for reasons under investigation, hit Adam Emmanuel Douglas, according to the police department.
Douglas was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later. The driver of the vehicle that hit Douglas did not remain on the scene. Investigators are working to determine the make and model of the striking vehicle.
