Dirt Bike Driver Killed When SUV Turns In Front Of Him: Police

Germaine Cook, 26, was killed when the driver of an SUV turned in front of him while he was on a dirt bike.

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — A 26-year-old District Heights man was killed Wednesday shortly before 6:30 p.m. when the dirt bike he was driving collided with an SUV in the 4600 block of Saint Barnabas Road.

According to the Prince George's County Police Department, Germaine Cook was headed eastbound on Saint Barnabas Road while the SUV was traveling westbound. When the SUV's driver turned left, the dirt bike and the SUV collided. Cooke was taken to an area hospital where he later died.
