Investigators say the truck was westbound on Annapolis Road approaching the intersection with Highbridge Road. The mail truck driver may have lost control when he swerved to avoid an eastbound vehicle that was preparing to turn left, police say. The truck flipped over and crossed the median into eastbound Annapolis Road. No other cars were involved.
