A dedication ceremony will take place to celebrate the opening of Bowie's new city hall, located at 15901 Excalibur Road (at the intersection of Excalibur and Evergreen Parkway). Public tours of the brand-new, three-level building will be given after the ceremony, with the last tour starting at 1:45 p.m.
