The Community Outreach Committee (COC) will hold a meeting to discuss matters pertaining to human needs and resources in the community, such as drug abuse, mental health, drug abuse, poverty, youth activities and services for the disabled. This meeting will be held in Room 201 of the new City Hall, located at 15901 Excalibur Road.
