Our school, Accrete Martial Arts (AMA), is passionate about empowering individuals of all ages through the practice of martial arts. Our school offers a welcoming and supportive environment where families and individuals can learn, grow, and achieve their goals. The Sound We Make brings together the best of Annapolis’ vibrant music scene for a one-night collaboration that bridges genres, generations, and artistic voices.
Featuring original works by local singer-songwriters including Dean Rosenthal, Jimi Haha, Wordslave, and Madisun Bailey, this unique performance pairs contemporary songwriting with live orchestration by the Annapolis Chamber Orchestra and students from the Chesapeake Youth Symphony Orchestra.
Each artist’s work is expanded through collaboration with the Annapolis Chamber Orchestra and students from the Chesapeake Youth Symphony Orchestra, adding depth, color, and new dimension to their original songs. The Sound We Make celebrates collaboration across musical traditions while connecting audiences through a shared appreciation of artistry, creativity, and community.
