Harwood Woman Killed In 4-Vehicle Crash In Laurel: Prince George's Police

A Harwood woman was killed in a four-vehicle crash that happened Monday in Laurel, according to Prince George's Police.

LAUREL, MD — Detectives are investigating a fatal four-vehicle collision that happened in Laurel Monday.

On May 6 at approximately 12:30 p.m., Prince George's police officers responded to a report of a collision in the 11200 block of Laurel Bowie Road involving four vehicles. They found 28- year-old Stephanie Johnstone of Harwood in the road injured. She was pronounced dead on the scene, according to the police department.

The preliminary investigation indicates that one vehicle was entering a curve in the road and crashed into another vehicle causing a chain reaction. The cause of the crash remains under investigation. Anyone with information on this case is asked to detectives at 301-731-4422.
