How To Dispose Of Your Christmas Tree In PG County

There are two free options for getting rid of your holiday tree now that the season is over in Prince George's County.

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD -- Sadly, Christmastime is over, and that means it's time to get rid of that Christmas tree in your living room.

The county will begin collecting Christmas trees and yard trim on Jan. 8. If you want yours collected, they must be undecorated, unbagged, and on the curb by 6 a.m. for regularly scheduled yard waste collection day.
