Illegal Party House Or Nightclub Runs Out Of Lanham Home, Residents Allege: Report
Lanham residents accused their neighbor of running an illegal party house or an unsanctioned nightclub, NBC Washington reported.
LANHAM, MD —Lanham residents accused their neighbor of operating an illegal party house or an unsanctioned nightclub out of their home, NBC Washington reported last Thursday. Locals complained about a late-night parade of cars to the noisy house and attendees who disrupt the community when they stumble out, journalist Tracee Wilkins wrote.
Wilkins mentioned that officials warned the homeowner that commercial gatherings are illegal in residential neighborhoods. The Prince George’s County Police Department as well as the Department of Permitting and Inspections Enforcement will keep an eye on the residence, NBC explained.
"No, we don't have a party," homeowner Christina Tezock told the news outlet. "It's just like a meeting. As I told you, it's just like a family meeting that always gather on Saturday. Yeah, it's not a party. Trust me."
