Man Fatally Stabbed, Detectives Search For Suspect: Prince George's Police

A man was fatally stabbed Tuesday night in District Heights. Prince George's Police are searching for the suspect.

DISTRICT HEIGHTS, MD — Detectives are investigating a fatal stabbing that happened Tuesday night in District Heights, police say.

On June 18 at approximately 6:20 p.m., Prince George's police officers were called to the 6100 block of Old Silver Hill Road for a report of a cutting. Officers found 45-year-old Terence Savoy of District Heights on the ground with trauma to the body. Savoy was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Detectives are working to identify a suspect(s) and determine a motive. If anyone has information relevant to the investigation and would like to speak to a detective, they are asked to call 301-516-2512.
