Pedestrian Killed In Lanham After Being Struck By Vehicle: Prince George's Police
A man was hit by a vehicle while in the road in Lanham Friday night, according to Prince George's Police.
LANHAM, MD — Detectives are investigating a fatal collision between a man and a vehicle Friday around 8:40 p.m.
Prince George's Police were called to the 9400 block of Annapolis Road in Lanham for a report of a crash involving an individual. Officers found the man in the road with injuries. He was pronounced dead on the scene, according to the police department.
A preliminary investigation indicates the driver hit the man in the westbound lanes of Annapolis Road. The driver remained on the scene and wasn't injured.
