Man Driving Scooter Hit, Killed By Pickup Truck In Prince George's County: Police

A 60-year-old man from Kensington was hit and killed by a pickup truck while riding a scooter on East-West Highway, police say.

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — A 60-year-old Kensington man riding a scooter was killed Sunday shortly before noon in the Lewisdale area.

According to the Prince George's County Police Department, Raymond Bradley was riding his scooter westbound on East-West Highway and drawing near to 23rd Avenue when a pickup truck heading eastbound on East-West Highway attempted to turn left onto 23rd Avenue and hit the scooter.
