Man Shot, Drives Around With Dead Friend In Car: Prince George's County Police
A man and his friend were shot in Prince George's County, one fatally injured, then the victim drove them both to D.C.
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — A man who had been shot was found by police officers driving around with a dead man in his vehicle, authorities said.
Prince George's County Police Department tweeted that Metropolitan police officers were approached by the driver in the 5000 block of Bass Place in southeast D.C. about 1 a.m. Thursday. The department said the driver had been shot in his lower body and suffered life-threatening injuries.
The preliminary investigation determined the shooting occurred in the 5100 block of Leroy Gorham Drive in Capitol Heights.

According to the police department, the driver told officers he and his passenger had been shot while at the Ebony Inn restaurant in Prince George's County.
The man who died has been identified by police as 31-year-old Eric Anthony Galloway.
