Ninth-Inning Rally Gives Bowie Victory
Baysox score two in the ninth for a 5-4 victory over Richmond Tuesday
Bowie rallied for two runs in the bottom of the ninth inning to pull out a dramatic 5-4 victory over Richmond at Prince George's Stadium Tuesday night.
Ronnie Welty began the dramatic rally with a two-out double. Pedro Florimon followed with another double to tie the game at 4.
Richmond closer Tim Stoffel then threw a wild pitch while pinch-hitter Steve Lerud was up that let Florimon go to third base. Stoffel then intentionally walked Lerud to get to Kyle Hudson.

Hudson then singled on the first pitch to score Florimon with the game-winning run.
The victory improved Bowie's record to 16-16 this season.
