Officer Shoots at Driver When Pinned Between Vehicles: Police
A Bladensburg police officer shot at a fleeing domestic assault suspect who pinned him between two vehicles, say PG County Police.

A Bladensburg police officer fired his weapon at a driver who reportedly pinned the officer against a car with his vehicle as he fled arrest early Sunday, authorities say.
According to police, Officer Michael Luciotti responded to a domestic assault in the 4300 block of Kenilworth Avenue about 12:30 a.m. Sunday. The male suspect resisted arrest and fled in a car, pinning Luciotti against a parked vehicle.
Investigators say the officer fired his service weapon in self defense. The unidentified suspect was later found and taken to a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

Luciotti is a two-year veteran assigned to patrol. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment of injuries he suffered when struck by the car. He has been placed on administrative leave.
Prince George’s County Police Department is conducting the investigation.
