One Killed in Fiery Crash: Police
Prince George's County Police say the car smashed into a pole and burst into flames early Thursday in Landover.

LANDOVER, MD — One person was killed early Thursday in a one-vehicle crash in Landover, say authorities, who have not yet released the victim’s name.
Prince George’s County Police say the vehicle was westbound on Landover Road about 2:45 a.m. when the driver lost control, crashed into a pole and the vehicle caught fire. The crash was at the intersection of Md. 202/Landover Road and Barlowe Road.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene, WTOP reports, but because of the severity of the crash officials do not know how many people were inside the vehicle.
