PG County Man Arrested On Child Porn Charges: Police
Jonathan Simmons, 22, of Mount Rainier faces eight counts of distributing child porn.
MOUNT RAINIER, MD -- A Prince George's County man has been arrested on numerous child porn charges, police say.
Police charged 22-year-old Jonathan Simmons of Mount Rainier with eight counts of distributing child porn and eight counts of possessing child porn, according to a report from Maryland State Police.
Police got a referral from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children back in September, which prompted an investigation that led to Simmons, the report states.

MSP served a warrant at the identified residence on Tuesday, which turned up child porn files, police say.
