BETHESDA, MD -- The Prince George's County Police Department is now in charge of an investigation into the murder of a man whose body was found in Bethesda in late February after investigators determined the murder happened in College Park, according to a report from PGPD.

Police have charged three suspects with first-degree murder in the death of 25-year-old Francisco De La O De La Cruz of College Park. Two of the suspects have fled the area and a third in custody in Montgomery County awaiting transfer, the report states.

Police found the victim's body at around 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 25 behind a bus stop in the 10000 block of Old Georgetown Road, but an investigation determined that he was brought there after being killed in College Park.

Police arrested 18-year-old Juan Rivera-Ingles of West Lanham Hills. Two other suspects are at large, police say: 37-year-old Jenny Jaimes and 17-year-old Jose Perdomo-Jaimes. The two individuals, who are mother and son, live at the address where police believe the victim was murdered.

"The victim was in a romantic relationship with Jenny Jaimes and was living in the home where he was killed," the report states. "The investigation reveals Jenny Jaimes and the victim got into a domestic dispute prior to the murder."
