PG County Sign Taunts Motorists: Report

ACCOKEEK, MD -- Commuters on Indian Head Highway near Accokeek Road on Monday morning noticed a strange sight on the side of the road.

Fox 5 reports that a roadside message board was mocking them, reading "You'll never get to work on time haha!!"

Was this the work of hackers, or some bored person working for the county? The evidence suggests that latter, as the tipster told Fox 5 that the message board was still up as of Wednesday morning.

Not that it would be that difficult to hack these message boards, which are often left unattended allowing pranksters to access the electronics and fiddle with the messages.
