Police Seek Thieves Who Drove Away in BMW

The carjacking occurred as vehicles were being off-loaded from a carrier, authorities say.

Two carjackers drove off with a BMW and another car recently when they robbed two men off-loading cars from a vehicle carrier in Bowie.

Prince George’s County Police on Wednesday released photos of one suspect and the stolen BMW.

The armed carjacking was reported July 26 at Campus Way North and Byward Boulevard in Bowie. Investigators say two suspects approached two men as they off-loaded two cars from a carrier.

One of the suspects reportedly pulled out a gun and the robbers demanded the keys to the cars. The victims complied and were not hurt, police say.
