Proposed Melford Village Plan (CSP-06002-01) - Public Hearing November 13, 2014, 10:00 a.m.

On Thursday, November 13, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. the Prince George’s County Planning Board will hold a public hearing regarding the Melford Village Conceptual Site Plan which proposes building 2500 residential units NE of routes 3/301 & 50 just beyond the end of Belair Drive, at Melford Blvd. To date the plan does not include any internal retail, schools, churches or a library. This major development will impact traffic in neighboring areas, as well as retail, city and county services.
