Retired K9 Stony Dies While Living With Former Police Partner: PGPD
The PGPD reported that retired K9 Stony has died. He was living out his final years with his police partner, Cpl. McKinniss.

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — The Prince George's Police Department has learned that retired K9 Stony, who was enjoying retirement with his lifelong partner Cpl. McKinniss, has passed away.
Stony joined the PGPD in 2013 and helped apprehend numerous criminals and recover evidence. He was described by the PGPD as a "faithful, loyal partner and family member." He was 12 when he passed away.
"He will truly be missed," the PGPD said.
