Weekend Road Closures: Where to Expect Construction in Prince George's County

Before you head out to enjoy a beautiful summer weekend, plan your route around these road closures in Prince George's County.

The State Highway Administration will have lanes closed in these areas to allow for road repair, weather permitting.

Prince George’s County
• MD 4 (Pennsylvania Avenue) from Ritchie Marlboro Road to Dower House Road – Resurfacing – Double lane closures in both directions Sundays through Thursdays from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

• Northbound I-95 (Outer loop I-495) Bridge over the Greenbelt Metro Tracks – Bridge rehabilitation –  Right lane closed from 11 p.m. Friday until 3 a.m. Monday.

• MD 202 (Largo Road) from Homestead Drive to Town Farm Road – Resurfacing - Single northbound and southbound lane closures, overnight, Sunday through Thursday, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

• Westbound MD 193 (Greenbelt Road) between Rhode Island Avenue and Southway – Paving/Resurfacing – Double lane closures from 9 p.m. Sunday until 5 a.m. Monday.
