Brightview Rolling Hills Hosts Lunch with a Cause

Proceeds from the Wednesday Lunches Benefits the Alzheimer's Association

Brightview Rolling Hills, located at 848 South Rolling Road in Catonsville, is hosting Lunch with a Cause each Wednesday in September from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.

Area businesses and professionals are invited to enjoy delicious chef-prepared meals and experience the exceptional lifestyle and services the community has to offer. The cost is $5.00 and proceeds benefit the Alzheimer’s Association.

“The lunches officially kicked off on Wednesday, September 2 and was very well-attended,” explains Betsy Gregory, Community Sales Associate. “We are excited to support such a worthy cause.”

“Anyone is welcome to participate, even more than once if they wish.”

The menu, which offers at least three options each week, will change from week to week. Reservations are not required.

In 2015, according to the Alzheimer’s Association, an estimated 5.3 million Americans have Alzheimer’s disease, the sixth leading cause of death in the United States. In addition, last year, family and friends of people with Alzheimer’s and other dementias provided an estimated 17.9 billion hours of unpaid care, a contribution to the nation valued at $217.7 billion.

Newly opened Brightview Rolling Hills features 143 apartment homes for seniors including independent living apartment homes, apartment homes for assisted living and a specialized program and environment for people living with dementia or other forms of memory impairment, known as Wellspring Village®.
