Intergenerational Cycle Class Celebrates Thanksgiving and Holiday Season

CATONSVILLE, MD (November 22, 2016) -- Charlestown retirement community residents and staff today woke up at "the crack of dawn" to exercise in their 45-munite cycle class. It was their way of giving thanks for their shared health and wellness this holiday season.
Fitness Manager Teresa Reymann-Curran led the 12 participants (pictured) through a series of jumps, hills, flat roads, and sprints to a variety of holiday music, from the 50’s to the top entertainers of today.
