Charlestown's Field of Honor Raises More Than $14,300 for Charities

Operation Second Chance and Community's Benevolent Care Fund are Supported

CATONSVILLE, MD (July 30, 2015) -- Charlestown retirement community’s 1,000-flag Memorial Day weekend Field of Honor presented by Hubbard Funeral Home resulted in a total of $7,185.29 being donated to Operation Second Chance.

Pictured in check presentation ceremony (l-r) are Operation Second Chance President Cindy McGrew, Hubbard Funeral Home President Dan Simons and Field of Honor Chair Patti Santoni, who is Charlestown’s Director of Philanthropy.

The same amount of money was donated to Charlestown’s Benevolent Care Fund.
