Charlestown's New Continuing Care Neighborhood is Topped Off
Building is Scheduled to Open This October

CATONSVILLE ,MD – An April 21 Topping Off Party was held for Caton Woods, the new $30 million continuing care neighborhood at Charlestown retirement community.
In building construction, a topping off is traditionally held when the last beam (or its equivalent) is placed atop a structure during its construction.
About 150 construction workers enjoyed hot dogs and hamburgers, as well as pre-packages desserts, during the party.

ABOUT CATON WOODS:
Caton Woods will open this October with 104 assisted living units as follows: 24 studio apartments, 4 companion suites, 44 one-bedroom apartments, 24 one-bedroom deluxe apartments, and 8 two-bedroom apartments.

In addition, Caton Woods will have a music room, craft room, movie theater, salon, family dining room, living room, sunroom, wellness center, rehabilitation gym, billiards, and a library. It will also have a patio with gazebo and a first floor rooftop patio.
