Deb Herold, RN, is Charlestown's Leader of the Year

CATONSVILLE, MD (February 27, 2017) -- Deb Herold, RN, Manager of Charlestown's Home Support Team, has been named the retirement community's Leader of the Year. She will be honored next week at Erickson Living's Annual Meeting in Baltimore City.

She joined Charlestown a year ago at a critical time of service volume growth and professionalization of services and staff. She has challenged service delivery models of the past and recast a new vision and framework for services that have re-positioned Home Care Services at Charlestown.

Deb, who holds B.S. and M.S.A. degrees from Andrews University in Michigan, consistently demonstrates intelligence, critical thinking, and unparalleled work ethic. As a result of her consistently exhibited competence and expertise as a manager and a nurse, as well as her well-articulated and unwavering expectation for person-centered service execution, Deb has earned both the trust and admiration of her team and colleagues.
