Catonsville, Maryland, August 25, 2014: The Dr. Kathleen Gandy IMPACT Foundation, Inc. will host the 1st Annual Gandy IMPACT Celebration Dinner and Silent Auction on Friday,
October 10, 2014, from 7:00 – 10:00 p.m. at the Rolling Road Golf Club, 814 Hilltop Road, Catonsville, Maryland. The Dr. Kathleen Gandy IMPACT Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization co-founded in 2014 by family, colleagues, and friends in memory of Professor Gandy, who passed away in 2013 after a long and brave battle with pancreatic cancer.
Through various fundraising activities and events, the Foundation seeks to honor and perpetuate Kathleen’s tradition of service, drive, commitment, dedication, and IMPACT by funding scholarship activities, research to fight cancer, civic improvement organizations, and other charitable purposes. The Foundation will also recognize excellence in social/global advocacy, community involvement, or academic achievement with an annual IMPACT Award.

Tickets for this event are $65 per person or $600 per table. Tickets can be reserved online via PayPal at www.gandyimpact.org.
