With the kids back in school, fall is the perfect time to add a weekly yoga or Pilates class to your routine. Yoga or Pilates is a great addition to any workout plan, sport or activity because it keeps muscles strong yet limber and it reduces the risk of injury. A weekly yoga or Pilates class can also help you reduce stress, and bring balance to mind, body & spirit.
Rolling Brook Yoga offers classes for all levels as well as Gentle Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Flow Yoga, Pilates, and Teen Yoga. We even have early morning classes to help you start your day energized. September 2-6, select classes will be offered for free to kick-off the fall session.
