Inner Loop Of I-695 To Close At I-70
Bridge deck repairs will be performed on the inner loop of I-695, leading to closures.
From Maryland Department of Transportation: The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway (MDOT SHA) will close lanes on the inner loop of I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) at I-70, as well as the ramp from the inner loop I-695 to westbound I-70 in Baltimore County. The closures are necessary for bridge deck repairs. Starting at 9 pm tonight, MDOT SHA will begin the lane closures on I-695 and the ramp detour at 9 p.m. All lanes and the ramp will reopen no later than 5 a.m. Thursday. Motorists wishing to access westbound I-70 from the inner loop of the Beltway will be detoured using the eastbound I-70 ramp around the park and ride and back onto westbound I-70.
