CATONSVILLE, MD — The search for the suspect who rammed into a Maryland Natural Resources Police officer at Patapsco Valley State Park Tuesday night sparked a manhunt Wednesday in Baltimore County.
Harrison Lee Bartles, 20, was charged with first and second-degree assault and reckless endangerment, according to WBAL. He surrendered in Towson after 3:30 p.m., the TV station reported, though police were tipped that his vehicle was in the 1600 block of Frederick Road earlier Wednesday afternoon.
The suspect is accused of driving his SUV at an officer who was on foot inside the park, police said.
