Role of the Citizen in Preserving American Freedom

Be inspired at an informative panel discussion on the citizens’ important role in preserving our freedoms. The panelists will be Councilman Tom Quirk, District 1 - Baltimore County; Judge Robert M. Bell, former Chief Judge on the Maryland Court of Appeals; and Dr. Jean Baker, former Professor of History, Goucher College. A question and answer period will follow the panel presentation. This program is one in a series that is associated with the museum’s current exhibit, From Banneker to Douglass: The Quests for Freedom and Equality.
