At the end of July when the county received 6 inches of rain in a fatal flash flood, more than 200 vehicles were stuck in Ellicott City, where many had to be pulled from the Patapsco and Tiber-Hudson waterways.

A much smaller scale mission was required on Sunday. Nobody was injured when the vehicle rolled into Centennial Lake, according to ABC 2, and a cause for its drive into the water was undetermined.
