Drive Thru Starbucks coming....

Exit 15 off of route 32 & Eden Brooke Drive onto Old Columbia Road. There "was" a gas station there being used by "on the spot detailing" this past week the building has been demolished and the lot completely leveled. My office (Chesapeake Family Wellness Center) chiropractorcolumbia.com
is across the street. Researching this has given the link below and patients telling us "on the spot" had left messages saying  they had to vacate for a new building and "Starbucks" was committed. Has anyone heard about this?
