1. Man Seriously Injured In Assault, Food Delivery Driver Robbed: Howard Co. Police (patch.com) — Howard County police are investigating two recent incidents in Columbia, including a man seriously injured after several suspects assaulted and robbed him, and a food delivery driver robbed at knifepoint on Talisman Lane. While the driver was not hurt, the first victim required hospital treatment, and residents may notice increased police attention as officers search for the suspects.

Watch: Jack Black Welcomed Black Sabbath's Geezer Butler Onstage For A 'Jack Sabbath' "War Pigs" Cover At 'Power To The People' Festival (theprp.com) — Columbia just hosted the star-studded Power To The People festival, where Jack Black and his young bandmates performed Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath covers as "Jack Sabbath" at Merriweather. Their set included a standout version of "War Pigs" featuring bassist Geezer Butler, and the entire event was streamed free on YouTube for fans who couldn't attend.
   

3. Complete setlist from Tom Morello's Power to the People Festival (usatoday.com) — A massive nine-and-a-half-hour rock festival just packed Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, bringing Tom Morello, Bruce Springsteen, Foo Fighters, Joan Baez and many others to town for a marathon of music and political anthems. The show mixed classic protest songs, Rage Against the Machine favorites, and all-star collaborations that turned Columbia into a national focal point for rock and free speech.
   

4. AC/DC, Foo Fighters triumphant at MetLife Stadium: 'See you again!' (northjersey.com) — While AC/DC and Foo Fighters rocked MetLife Stadium, local music fans are being pointed to today's Power to the People festival at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia. The event, featuring Bruce Springsteen, Dave Matthews, Joan Baez, Public Enemy, Dropkick Murphys, Jack Black, and more, is billed as a day of peace, justice, and music and will stream live on YouTube.
