Two in Critical Condition from Route 32 Crash: Police
A third person was also hospitalized from crash in Clarksville Saturday night, police said.

Three people were hospitalized after a crash on MD 32 Saturday night that closed the highway for three hours, according to the Howard County Police Department.
At approximately 6:36 p.m. on Saturday, police said a Honda Civic that had pulled onto the shoulder of eastbound Route 32 was attempting to make a U-turn when it was hit by a pickup truck near MD 108.
Honda driver Manal Elamir Abdalla, 27, of Woodlawn, and passenger Sara Kidane Hailu, 24, of Columbia, were taken to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where they were listed in critical condition Saturday night, police reported.

The driver of the Ford F-250—Jose Vicente Diaz Vargas, 34, of College Park—was uninjured, according to the report. Police said his passenger Octavio Romero, 36, of Hyattsville, was taken to Howard County General Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.
Route 32 was closed between Route 108 and Linden Church Road for approximately three hours, according to police, who said the investigation was ongoing.
