What's Open, Closed in Howard County on Presidents Day

Snow and Presidents Day holiday have caused schedule changes in Howard County.

A winter weather advisory is in effect until 10 a.m. Tuesday, and Monday is a federal holiday. As a result, there are a host of closings in Howard County on Monday, Feb. 15. If we missed any, please add them in the comments so we can put them on the list.

Presidents Day is typically considered a celebration of George Washington and Abraham Lincoln, who were both born in February, and a day to honor all past U.S. Presidents.
