• For Crisfield, Nor'easter Reprises Familiar Dilemma (delmarvapublicmedia.org) — Crisfield's waterfront and low-lying neighborhoods were hit hard by a weekend nor'easter, with streets, Somers Cove areas, and housing projects flooded, closing businesses, schools, and transit. Residents and business owners describe water over docks and into offices as the city pursues phased flood-control work and a $30 million Somers Cove project after earlier major grant efforts stalled.
   

• Crisfield Area Chamber of Commerce Introduces Challenge Coins (wmdt.com) — Crisfield residents can now join a new self-guided history tour created by the Crisfield Area Chamber of Commerce, visiting 11 local landmarks and earning a special America 250 challenge coin. Snap photos at at least six stops and show them at the visitors center to receive a free coin, or buy one for $10 anytime before the tour ends January 1, 2027.
   

• 2026's 10 Most Scenic Chesapeake Bay Towns (worldatlas.com) — Crisfield gets a spotlight in a roundup of scenic Chesapeake Bay towns, highlighted for its working-waterfront feel, seafood heritage, and easy access to Janes Island State Park and Smith Island ferries. The piece encourages visitors to explore the J. Millard Tawes Historical Museum, stroll the city dock, and use Crisfield as a launch point for kayaking, beaches, and island day trips.
