Boat Fire in Sparrows Point Sends One to Hospital: Official

Sparrows Point, MD โ At least one person was hospitalized after a boat fire near Sparrows Point Friday morning, according to EMS Lieutenant Tim Rostkowski.
When crews were dispatched at 9:40 a.m., they found the 25-foot boat on fire in the Patapsco River, Rostkowski said.
After 11 a.m., the fire was out and the boat had sunk, according to Rostkowski.

He said that at least one person was taken to the hospital; that individual's condition was unknown.
Those aboard the boat got on another vessel in the area, The Baltimore Sun reported.
