Dundalk Teacher Charged with Sexual Misconduct
General John Stricker Middle School teacher engaged in inappropriate behavior, Baltimore County police say.

A man who teaches at General John Stricker Middle School in Dundalk has been charged in the sexual abuse of a minor, police said Thursday.
Chad Aaron Hall, 25, of the unit block of Lincoln Woods Way in Perry Hall, is charged with sexual abuse of a minor, third-degree sex offense and second-degree assault, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.
A student a John Stricker reported being kissed by Hall, who poked the student’s chest and butt one or two times with his finger and showed the student notes on his cell phone that said things including: “Do you do more than a kiss?” according to police.

Officials are not releasing the age and gender of the victim to protect the person’s identity.

The alleged misconduct occurred from early December to Dec. 19, 2014, according to police, who said they were notified on Dec. 21, 2014, and began investigating.

Hall was arrested at 6 a.m. on Wednesday, according to Cpl. John Wachter of the Baltimore County Police Department. He has since been released on $150,000 bail, police said.
