Delegate Costa is hosting Town Hall meetings in the area to provide constituents the opportunity to air concerns and issues concerning their district.
“The most important duty of a legislator is to respond to the issues raised by the citizens of their district,” said Delegate Costa, in a press release. “Listening to the constituents is what a representative government is about. These people have placed a great amount of trust in my ability to do that, and I won’t let them down.”
