Kahve Café in South River Colony has a few tables complete with umbrellas outside the storefront. Kahve offers lunch and breakfast so you could enjoy a coffee and bagel outside if you have free time in the morning.

Wednesday is "grilled cheese day" at Kahve, and they are offering a panini served with ham, Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, and tomatoes.
The Greene Turtle in Edgewater has a deck of outdoor tables. The restaurant offers an express lunch menu from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The lunch items are priced at $6.99 and will be served “lightening fast.”

Panera and Chipotle in the Village at Lee Airport both have tables outside and are perfect for a quick lunch.
