“We sold in January of 2008 basically because at the time it made sense,” Anderson said. “We purchased them back because we owned three other locations, and had always contemplated buying Maryland back. The time came where the opportunity was there and we took it.”
Since regaining ownership, Anderson said things have been going smoothly. The menu is the same at all five locations, however, he did say they would soon be undergoing a name change.

The Steakhouse locations in Virginia are called The All-American Steakhouse and Sports Theater.
“We will be changing our name to what we use in Virginia. We can’s use the original Steakhouse anymore because it belonged to someone else,” Anderson said. “We will be changing the name but we are not in a hurry. It will be a gradual change.”
Anderson also mentioned the are considering opening another location in Maryland either later this year, or early next year.
“We are all pretty excited to just move forward and our intention now is to grow,” Anderson said.
