Carroll County Public Schools Make Weather Decision

All Carroll County public schools will open two hours late on Monday, Feb. 23, according to Carroll County Public Schools.

The Maryland Transportation Authority said that there is potential for icy spots on the roads Monday morning.

Officials advised people to be cautious and take their time walking to their vehicles.

Baltimore, Howard, Harford, Anne Arundel, Montgomery and Prince George’s counties are also on a two-hour delay, as is Baltimore City. See more delay information from WJZ.
