Police: Brother-in-Law Suspected in Elkridge Woman's Murder
There's a reward of up to $3,000 for information regarding whereabouts of Timothy Mark Fuller.

After a woman was found dead Saturday in her Elkridge home, which had allegedly been set on fire, authorities say they have a warrant to arrest her brother-in-law.

Timothy Mark Fuller, 53, is wanted for first-degree arson and first- and second-degree murder, the Howard County Police Department reported Saturday night.

Police said he lived in the 6600 block of Washington Boulevard in Elkridge with his brother and his brother’s wife—Stacey Fuller, 39.

At approximately 10:35 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 17, firefighters responded to the residence in Capitol Mobile Park amid reports that it was on fire and found Stacey Fuller dead, with “what appeared to be a gunshot wound,” police said.
Four dogs were also deceased, and the causes of their deaths remained under investigation Saturday night, according to police.
Police allege that Timothy Fuller killed his sister-in-law, set the home on fire and left in a white 2005 Ford Focus with Maryland tag “9FEM32.”
According to police, “...there may have been an ongoing family dispute.”
Timothy Fuller is believed to be armed and dangerous, according to police. Anyone who sees him or his vehicle is asked to call 911 or 410-313-3200.
